"READ TXT files: this isn't a RAR opener"
Pros: This prog is for a very specific purpose: "The URARFileLib is a free library for C programmers to access RAR archives." It is just for this: not creating or opening, etc.

Pros: I guess this is made for programmers, so i don't need it, but I'm glad it was freeware. I am using winrar to unrar my files
Cons: They should be more specific so regular folks don't download it.

"It's good to know what you're downloading"
Summary: Most of the comments above are from people who have no idea what a DLL is... why they downloaded it I don't know, but they were surprised not to find an EXE! It worked just as it said it would with ease. I wouldn't buy the full thing, however. There'... read more
