"High Impact - not on your life"
Pros: Stay away 30 day trial does not allow for saving work or really trying it out. Menus stink and are not easy to use. Requires that you set up a web transfer account for your graphics. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOG

"Horrible product, no customer service and had to chargeback credit card"
Pros: Ideally all I wanted this software for was to easily design some newsletters. In theory, the software is visually appealing and easy to use.
Cons: Unfortunately, there are soooo many bugs that no matter what you do, the program shuts down on you every few minutes. The worst part is that unless you manually save every change you make, all information will be lost and you will have to start from scratch. I followed every troubleshooting tip and tried 3 different computers with the same result. Called their support phone number 8 times and only got voicemail during "regular business hours." Email support was never answered. I eventually had to chargeback my credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!

"It looks good but apparently will not work with IE7"
Pros: It looks like exactly what I wanted. But . . .
Cons: I was able to download it; it launches; and the instant I select a template it vanishes. Their tech support says its an IE7 problem and they are working on it (how long has IE7 been out?). Tech support is good and helpful. Apparently it just will not work right now with IE7. Caveat emptor.

"Looks good but highly unstable"
Pros: Nice to use and looks good - when it's working
Cons: Asked for help from the maker but didn't get a reply. Will not be buying any of their products in future
