  "Bad service on a DOA machine"

  Pros: Great choices for customizing, excellent pricing.

  Cons: Customer service unreachable. Received DOA- and tech support wanted me to act as technician, taking it apart, removing cables.

  "GREAT PRODUCT AND VALUE"

  Pros: ORDERED A 3500 WITH THE ASUS MOTHERBOARD P4P800 2.6 GIG. PRCESSOR, BIG TOWER, 4 CASE FANS, T.V. TUNER CARD, GOOD DOCUMENTTATIONS, QUALITY COMPONENTS, ALL AT A GREAT PRICE.
