  "User Guide needs to be edited for clarification."

  Pros: It is a low-cost VPN router.

  Cons: LAN subnet mask cannot be changed.

  Summary: This user guide for the DI-808HV states that the default subnet mask for the LAN is 255.255.255.0, but doesn't mention that you cannot change the setting. A call to D-Link Technical Support confirmed this discovery. I have to wonder what other problems exist in D-Link's documentation.
  
  I use to recommend D-Link's products to friends and family, but I think I'll stick with Linksys from now on. They've had their share of crap products, but at least I can find a Linksys product that will do what I want it to do, or least tell me up front that it can't. The only exception, I guess, would be the WRV54G which is a piece of garbage.
