  "It Make My LCD Monitor A Perfect TV"

  Pros: Excellent Image Quality

  Cons: PIP function fail

  Summary: I bought This Tuner yesterday.
  It is a great tuner with many functions.
  
  This tuner make my LCD monitor become a perfect LCD TV that can compare to famous LCD TV brands.
  
  But its PIP function has not worked yet.
  Updated
  I bought it in Viet Nam with 95$ only.
