"when i say perfect... i mean perfect"

    by bhood16 on November 10, 2006

Pros: absolutely gorgeous graphics, intense and well developed story line, great co-op off and online play, multiplayer rivals that of halo 1

Cons: the gameplay is so amazing that you sometimes miss the beauty of the game

Summary: All I have to say is WOW. When I gave this game a 10...it means it's a 10. I went into this game knowing the hype, knowing how amazing it was supposed to be, but I never though it could be as good as it is when i play it. The campaign is great with a well developed story line, every time you die and restart a checkpoint you;re forced to play a different way due to enemy AI and different obstacles. If this gets to tough for you... check into XBL and play co=op with one of your friends.
As for online multiplayer...it beats Halo 2 and rises up to the standards of Halo 1. This is what happens when companies take their time with games. Sniping someone and watching their head pop off, chainsawing their body in two, blasting off a chunk of their body with a shotgun at point blank, and the most over the top of all... stabbing a frag grenade into their body and watching as they unknowingly walk away just to explode 2 seconds later. The game is perfect...most fun I've had ever in a game. It so team based and Epic was right anything other than 4v4 doesnt feel right.
In all the game is perfect, wouldn't change one thing about it.

This game, nor any game (that i can ever imagine) will ever be perfect. Regardless of what a graphical achievement this game is there are still imperfections. Like how shadows bleed and flicker through solid textures and geometry. Also the AI in the game is not perfect, sometime when an enemy has taken cover you can sight a small portion of their body. You can just shoot them until they die, where obviously if you where in the position of the enemy you would have changed something in order to stay in cover. Point is that nothing is really truly perfect.

Halo 1 did not have online multiplayer. What are you talking about...
